Regular Season Round 4: Faenza - Forli Tigers 75-61

There was a minor upset when higher ranked Forli Tigers (2-2) were defeated on the road by twelfth ranked Faenza (2-2) 75-61 on Sunday. Faenza outrebounded Forli Tigers 38-24 including a 15-1 advantage in offensive rebounds. Point guard Mattia Venucci (188-90) fired 16 points and 5 assists (made all of his seven free throws) for the winners. Point guard Marco Perin (185-93) chipped in 14 points and 5 assists. Guard Gianluca Carpanzano (188-95) produced 18 points and guard Francesco Papa (198-95) added 8 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Faenza moved-up to sixth place in B, which they share with 6 other teams including defeated Forli Tigers. Faenza will face league's second-placed Piacenza on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
