Visby Ladies made 20-of-23 charity shots (87.0 percent) during the game. American guard Nici Gilday (175-92, college: Santa Clara) stepped up and scored 26 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and Canadian forward Rashida Timbilla (186-92, college: Massachusetts) chipped in 15 points and 12 rebounds. American center Janel McCarville (188-82, college: Minnesota) responded with a double-double by scoring 32 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Gunesh Ozturk (168-97) scored 8 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Visby Ladies moved-up to fifth place. Newly promoted AIK Basket dropped to the eighth position with four games lost. They share it with Norrkoping. Visby Ladies will play against Norrkoping Dolphins (#9) on the road in the next round. AIK Basket will play against Alvik Basket to get more than just one victory in their record.
