Regular Season Round 6: Boras II - Haga BG 70-75

The game between closely ranked teams ended with eighth ranked Haga BG's (2-3) road victory over bottom-ranked Boras II (0-3) 75-70 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 24-10 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. It was a good game for forward Lucas Lindh (200-98) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 13 rebounds. Guard Vincent Taylor (183-98) contributed with 14 points and 4 steals for the winners. Haga BG's coach David Bergstrom used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Guard Robin Alm (184-93) replied with 30 points and 8 rebounds and forward Joakim Gustafsson (206-97) added 19 points in the effort for Boras II. Haga BG moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Jamtland II. Boras II at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with three games lost. Haga BG will face Brahe Basket (#10) in Huskvarna in the next round. Boras II will play on the road against Hammarby in Stockholm and hopes to get finally their first victory.
