Regular Season Round 10: Tokyo Z - Yamagata 75-87

Rather predictable result when fourth ranked Yamagata (4-7) won against on the road 6th ranked Tokyo Z (4-7) 87-75 on Saturday. They outrebounded Tokyo Z 44-19 including a 18-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a very good performance for American center Will Creekmore (205-89, college: Missouri St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 19 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Yoshihumi Nakajima (176-90) contributed with 22 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Latvian center Ricmonds Vilde (211-90, college: Houston Baptist) replied with 11 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Kashiwagura Kashiwagura (180-95) added 5 points and 8 assists in the effort for Tokyo Z. Tokyo Z's coach tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Yamagata maintains fourth position with 4-7 record, which they share with defeated Tokyo Z. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
