Regular Season Round 7: Niigata R. - Mitsubishi K. 42-79

Bottom-ranked Niigata R. is still unable to win any game. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their seventh consecutive match to third ranked Mitsubishi K. (5-2) 79-42 on Saturday evening. The game without a history. Mitsubishi K. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They held Niigata R. to an opponent 24.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 42.4 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded Niigata R. 57-35 including a 32-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Mitsubishi K. looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Niigata R.'s players.
