Regular Season Round 11: Bambitious Nara - Kagawa FA 69-80

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 6th ranked Bambitious Nara's (1-10) home loss to fifth ranked Kagawa FA (4-7) 69-80 on Sunday. Kagawa FA dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Bambitious Nara's 32. Bambitious Nara was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for American forward Reginald Warren (204-81, college: W.Florida) who led his team to a victory scoring 36 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Montay Brandon (203-93, college: Florida St.) helped adding 13 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Shuhei Komatsu (185-85) responded with 19 points and forward Daiki Terashita (190-80) scored 15 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Kagawa FA moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams. Bambitious Nara lost their ninth game in a row. They keep the sixth position with ten games lost. Kagawa FA will face Toyotsu FE (#5) in Nagoya in the next round. Bambitious Nara will play on the road against Aomori Watts and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
