The game between closely ranked teams ended with fourth ranked Metropolitanos' (6-8) home victory over 5th ranked Aduaneros (6-6) 84-70. Metropolitanos made 19-of-20 charity shots (95.0 percent) during the game. The former international forward Lenin Lopez (198-91) nailed 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side and forward Jovanni Diaz (203-90) accounted for 18 points (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Power forward Jesus Martinez (206-86) came up with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and international center Javinger Vargas (202-90) added 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Aduaneros in the defeat. Five Metropolitanos and four Aduaneros players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Despite that victory Metropolitanos went down to fifth position due to points difference. Aduaneros at the other side dropped to the fourth place with six games lost.
