Regular Season Round 4: Le Havre - Caen 83-85

A very close game took place in Le Havre between Caen and STB Le Havre. First ranked Caen (3-1) got a very close victory on the road over 14th ranked STB Le Havre (1-3). Caen managed to escape with a 2-point win 85-83 on Friday evening. Guest team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. Caen have a solid three-game winning streak. Despite that victory Caen went down to fourth position due to points difference, which they share with Nancy and Blois. Loser STB Le Havre dropped to the thirteenth place with three games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams. Caen will meet Charleville-Mezieres (#17) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. STB Le Havre will play against Denain Voltaire (#12) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
