Not a big story in a game when 8th ranked Scrivia (3-3) was defeated on the road by fifth ranked Team Crema (5-1) 68-53 on Saturday. Team Crema forced 20 Scrivia turnovers. Croatian forward Kristina Benic (189-88) scored 23 points to lead the charge for the winners and guard Norma Rizzi (172-93) chipped in 10 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Team Crema players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Slovenian power forward Ana Ljubenovic (185-88) with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds and DR Congolese center Kintala Katshitshi (185-98) scored 16 points and 8 rebounds. Team Crema moved-up to third place in A2. Loser Scrivia dropped to the ninth position with three games lost. Team Crema will face Pordenone (#14) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Scrivia will play against Albino (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
