Very important is a home loss of first ranked Kagoshima (0-2) against top-ranked Tokyo HT (2-0) on Saturday night. Host Kagoshima was defeated by Tokyo HT in Renova 91-78. Tokyo HT dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Kagoshima's 42. Tokyo HT forced 20 Kagoshima turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Kagoshima's players. American players dominated the game. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Tokyo HT keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Saitama Bron. Loser Kagoshima still closes the standings with two games lost.
