Serie A2 top team - Alpo VF (4-2) added another victory to their record. This time they beat tenth ranked Carugate (2-4) in Verona 61-53. Alpo VF forced 23 Carugate turnovers. It was a good game for forward Arianna Zampieri (183-88) who led her team to a victory with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Point guard Sofia Vespignani (170-96) contributed with 10 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Cecilia Albano (183-96) replied with 17 points and swingman Giulia Gombac (180-94) added 11 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Carugate.
