The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. UCD Marian keeps a position of league leader. Defending champion Tralee dropped to the second place with two games lost. UCD Marian are looking forward to face Belfast Star (#8) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Tralee will play against Swords Thunder (#5) in Dublin and is hoping to win this game.
