There was no surprise when 6th ranked Vigarano (2-4) was defeated on the road by third ranked Familia Schio (5-1) 76-64. Familia Schio dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Vigarano's 26. Familia Schio forced 19 Vigarano turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Slovenian center Eva Lisec (192-95, agency: LBM Management) notched a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and international forward Cecilia Zandalasini (183-96, agency: SPORTlab Agency) supported her with 20 points and 5 rebounds. Even a double-double of 32 points and 11 rebounds by American swingman Anne-Marie Armstrong (191-91, college: Georgia, agency: LBM Management) did not help to save the game for Vigarano.
