The game in Seu D'urgell was also worth to mention about. Fifth ranked Mann Filter (5-2) played at the court of 6th ranked AE Sedis (3-4). Mann Filter did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 76-59. It looked good early as AE Sedis took a 5-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Mann Filter had a 26-13 second period charge getting the lead and AE Sedis was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 59-76. Mann Filter dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to AE Sedis' 38. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Tamara Abalde (190-89, agency: ProDep Management) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 8 rebounds. Bulgarian Jaklin Zlatanova (190-88) contributed with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Jamaican forward Shereesha Richards (185-93, college: Albany) answered with 7 points and 10 rebounds and international center Nogaye Lo-Sylla (192-96, agency: ProDep Management) added 9 points in the effort for AE Sedis. Mann Filter have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Ferrol and Girona. AE Sedis at the other side dropped to the ninth position with four games lost. Mann Filter's next round opponent will be Sant Adria (#7) at home. AE Sedis will play against Socinsa Bembibre and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
