The former international Hector Hernandez (205-85, college: Fresno St., agency: BeoBasket) fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Panamanian forward Ernesto Oglivie (203-89) chipped in 20 points and 6 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). Four Capitanes players scored in double figures. Capitanes' coach Ramon Diaz used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American forward Reginald Larry (198-86, college: Boise St., agency: Pro Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 29 points and 15 rebounds and M Hays added 23 points respectively for lost side. Capitanes moved-up to third place, which they share with Aaguacateros and Mineros. Loser Abejas keep the eighth position with three games lost. They share it with Panteras. Capitanes will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Abejas will play again against Capitanes (#4) and hope to secure a win.
