There was a minor upset when 8th ranked Dinamica MNV (3-3) lost to eleventh ranked Treviso Basket (3-3) in Mirandola 69-76 on Sunday. It was a good game for American forward John Brown-III (201-92, college: High Point) who led his team to a victory with 22 points and 8 rebounds. The former international point guard Matteo Imbro (192-94) contributed with 23 points for the winners. Four Treviso Basket players scored in double figures. Treviso Basket's coach Stefano Pillastrini used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. American guard Jared Brownridge (190-94, college: Santa Clara) replied with 27 points and American-Guinean forward Robert Jones (201-84, college: Washington) added 9 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Dinamica MNV. Treviso Basket moved-up to seventh place in A2. Treviso Basket will face league's leader Alma Trieste on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Dinamica MNV will play against UCC Piacenza (#12) in Casalpusterlengo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
