There was an upset when higher ranked Villa Mitre CF (4-3) lost on the road to eighth ranked Rocamora (1-6) 83-74 on Friday. Forward Joaquin Deck (198-92) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Martin Gandoy (194-91) contributed with 14 points and 5 assists for the winners. American power forward Eric Anderson (204-93, college: New Haven) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Leandro Portillo (185-85) added 15 points and 4 assists in the effort for Villa Mitre CF. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rocamora left bottom position moving up to sixth place, which they share with Mitre Tuc. Newly promoted Villa Mitre CF dropped to the second position with three games lost. Rocamora will face higher ranked Ciclista (#5) in Juninense in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
