Very important is a road loss of third ranked Ameghino (3-4) against eighth ranked Echague (2-4) on Saturday night. Visiting Ameghino was defeated by Echague in Parana 78-66. Center Franco Barroso (207-94) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds. Swingman Mateo Gaynor (199-90) contributed with 15 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Five Echague players scored in double figures.
