Regular Season Round 9: Nanterre - Gravelines 76-64

Very important is a road loss of third ranked Gravelines (7-2) against seventh ranked Nanterre (6-3) on Saturday night. Visiting Gravelines was defeated by Nanterre in Nanterre 76-64. Nanterre outrebounded Gravelines 47-36 including 32 on the defensive glass. Maxence Dadiet (192-99) nailed 19 points for the winning side and guard Armand Mensah (182-99) accounted for 14 points and 4 assists. Matthias Flosse (209-98) came up with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Pierre Hannequin (190-98) added 15 points respectively for Gravelines in the defeat. Four Gravelines players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Nanterre moved-up to fifth place, which they share with CCRB Pro. Gravelines at the other side keeps the third position with two games lost. They share it with Lyon-Villeurbanne. Nanterre will play against Limoges (#9) at home in the next round. Gravelines will play against Hyeres-Toulon (#11) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
