Undefeated leader Sesto SG delivered the seventh consecutive victory. This time they beat 8th ranked Milano (3-4) 63-49 in Sesto San Giovanni. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Veronica Schieppati (185-90) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds. Beatrice Barberis (178-95, agency: SPORTlab Agency) contributed with 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Martina Picotti (184-90) answered with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and power forward Stefania Guarneri (182-95) added 10 points in the effort for Milano. Milano's coach Ugo Pinotti rotated ten players and allowed the starting five to rest. Sesto SG maintains first place in A2 with 7-0 record.
