Regular Season Round 9: CFBB - Aubenas 48-55

Bottom-ranked CFBB (0-9) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 55-48 loss to fifteenth ranked Aubenas (3-6) in Paris. Aubenas shot 27 for 43 from the free-throw line, while CFBB only scored seven points from the stripe. Aubenas forced 19 CFBB turnovers. CFBB was plagued by 30 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for American guard Larry Williams (191-86, college: Ark.-Pine Bluff) who led his team to a victory with 23 points and 6 rebounds. Center Gaylor Lobela-Nkuna (206-95, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 5 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Mathis Dossou-Yovo (202-0) answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 15 rebounds and guard Yohan Choupas (193-0) added 15 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for CFBB.
