The game between closely ranked teams ended with thirteenth ranked Baskonia's (4-4) home victory over 14th ranked Joventut (2-5) 87-77 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Baskonia. Loser Joventut dropped to the sixteenth position with five games lost. Baskonia will face Burgos (#17) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Joventut will play against Gipuzkoa and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
