Burgos has finally registered their first victory this season after seven consecutive losses. The win is especially important as they edged much higher ranked UCAM Murcia (3-5) 89-86. The hosts were ahead by 1 point but lost the second period ending it with a 5-point deficit before their 31-23 run, which allowed them to win the game. Burgos made 18-of-20 charity shots (90.0 percent) during the game. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks.
