Vasco Da G.'s fans can celebrate the first win of their team after three consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as they defeated much higher ranked Liga Sorocaba (2-2) 76-68. Vasco Da G. made 22-of-25 charity shots (88.0 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Vasco Da G. brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. Despite that victory Vasco Da G. went down to twelfth position due to points difference, which they share with Campo Mourao. Liga Sorocaba at the other side dropped to the fifth place with two games lost. Vasco Da G. will have a break next round.
