Very important is a road loss of third ranked Asseco (5-3) against ninth ranked Wilki Morskie (5-5) on Friday night. Visiting Asseco was edged by Wilki Morskie in a tough game in Szczecin in overtime87-90. It looked good early as Asseco took a 14-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Wilki Morskie took control and eventually winning the game that evening in overtime by 3 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Wilki Morskie maintains ninth position with 5-5 record. Asseco at the other side dropped to the sixth place with three games lost. They share the position with Trefl. Wilki Morskie will play against Start (#12) in Lublin in the next round. Asseco will play at home against Trefl (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
