Top ranked Libertad Sunchales (5-3) recorded its third loss at the home court on Friday night. Hosts were edged by eighth ranked Deportivo Norte (3-2) 85-83. Point guard Rodrigo Gallegos scored 13 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Facundo Toia (179-94) chipped in 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side swingman Bruno Barovero (194-90) responded with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 10 assists and Venezuelan forward Miguel Ruiz (197-90, agency: Pro Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 14 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Libertad Sunchales' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Deportivo Norte moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Libertad Sunchales still keeps top position with three games lost. They share it with Ciclista and Hindu.
