Regular Season Round 3: Correcaminos - Panteras 54-55

The most exciting game of round 3 in the LPB took place in Colon. This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of Correcaminos (1-2) to Panteras (3-0) 55-54 on Sunday evening. The best player for the winners was British V.Islands center Lester Prosper (208-88, college: Old Westbury, agency: Interperformances) who scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. Luis Dinolis (185-93, college: Broward CC) chipped in 5 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international Isaac StRose (190-83, college: John Brown) who recorded 18 points and 7 rebounds and naturalized American point guard Trevor Gaskins (188-89, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: Pro Sports) added 12 points and 4 assists respectively. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Panteras' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Panama City to the arena Halcones.
