Regular Season Round 12: Nysa Klodzko - Biofarm PZN 63-71

There was no surprise in Kloszko where 14th ranked Nysa Klodzko (2-9) was defeated by eleventh ranked Biofarm PZN (5-5) 71-63 on Saturday. Biofarm PZN outrebounded Nysa Klodzko 42-29 including 28 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Piotr Wieloch (182-94) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 5 rebounds and forward Filip Struski (200-94) who added 8 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Biofarm PZN's coach Przemyslaw Szurek used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was point guard Michal Lipinski (185-86) with 5 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists and swingman Tomasz Stepien (192-86) scored 10 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Biofarm PZN moved-up to eighth place. Loser Nysa Klodzko keeps the fourteenth position with nine games lost. They share it with SKK Siedlce and Notec Inowr.. Biofarm PZN will meet at home bottom-ranked KK Warszawa (#17) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Nysa Klodzko will play against SKK Siedlce and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
