Bottom-ranked IA is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their ninth consecutive match to fifth ranked Hamar (6-3) 95-88 on Friday evening. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Julian Nelson (196, college: Coker) who led the winners and scored 29 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Jon Sverrisson (187-98) accounted for 16 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side. American point guard Marcus Dewberry (183, college: St.Leo, agency: Aspire Sports) came up with 30 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and center Jon Kristjansson (197-83) added 20 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively for IA in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Hamar have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Vestri. Loser IA still closes the standings with nine games lost. Hamar will meet league's leader Skallagrimur in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. IA will have a break next round.
