It was a great evening for the former international center Gazmend Sinani (205-91) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 18 rebounds and 5 blocks. American swingman Xavier Newson (193-95, college: Goshen) helped adding 24 points (on 12-of-13 shooting from the field). Four Rahoveci players scored in double figures. Valtrin Kasrati (-0) responded with 9 points and 12 rebounds and guard Rron Uka (185-0) scored 7 points and 13 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Rahoveci moved-up to third place. Loser Peja keeps the fifth position with five games lost. Rahoveci will meet Kerasan (#6) in the next round. Peja will play against the league's second-placed Bashkimi and hope to secure a win.
