Regular Season Round 19: Toyotsu FE - Bambitious Nara 97-78

Very expected game in Nagoya where 6th ranked Bambitious Nara (2-16) was rolled over by first ranked Toyotsu FE (11-7) 97-78 on Saturday. Toyotsu FE looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward Herbert Hill (208-84, college: Providence) fired 22 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) for the winners. Masahiro Narita (185-94) chipped in 12 points and 6 assists. Four Toyotsu FE players scored in double figures. South African center Tshilidzi Nephawe (208-89, college: N.Mexico St.) produced 17 points and 6 rebounds and forward Junpei Honda (190-88) added 14 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Toyotsu FE. They maintain first place with 11-7 record. Bambitious Nara lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the sixth position with 16 games lost. Toyotsu FE will face again Bambitious Nara (#6) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game.
