Twelfth-ranked Plasencia (4-7) made lots of trouble for third ranked Albacete (8-3) on Saturday. Albacete managed to secure only one-point victory 77-76. However their fans expected much easier game. The hosts trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 46-39 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Albacete dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Plasencia's 18.
