No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Liege (6-6) defeated at home 8th ranked Tulikivi (3-8) 65-56. They outrebounded Tulikivi 43-32 including 28 on the defensive glass. The winners were led by center Laura Henket (183-98, agency: LBM Management) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds and the former international center Jaleesa Maes (188-92, agency: LBM Management) supported her with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Even 11 points and 6 rebounds by power forward Lisa Mukeba (184-96) did not help to save the game for Tulikivi. Point guard Lisa Foucart (170-92) added 7 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Liege maintains sixth position with 6-6 record. Tulikivi lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth place with eight games lost. Liege's next round opponent will be Laarne (#10) on the road. Tulikivi will play against Kangoeroes and hope to win that game.
