The game in Hitachinaka supposed to be also worth to mention about. Sixth ranked Fujitsu RW (9-5) played at the court of 8th ranked Hitachi Cougars (4-10). Fujitsu RW smashed Hitachi Cougars 87-58. The game without a history. Fujitsu RW led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Fujitsu RW outrebounded Hitachi Cougars 43-28 including 19 on the offensive glass. It was a great shooting night for Fujitsu RW especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.9 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Hitachi Cougars' players. International swingman Chinatsu Yamamoto (175-91) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points. Center Miwa Kuribayashi (187-98) contributed with 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners.
