They outrebounded Shaanxi Tianze 43-27 including a 17-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. Belarusian center Yelena Levchenko (196-83, college: W.Virginia) fired a double-double by scoring 21 points and 21 rebounds for the winners. Forward Xuetong Zhao (185-94) chipped in 20 points. International center Yueru Li (192-99) produced 25 points and 7 rebounds and center Jing An (184-95) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Whale moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Shenyang. Shaanxi Tianze lost third consecutive game.
