An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Armstrong. First ranked Libertad Sunchales faced one of their biggest challengers Deportivo Norte. Guests from Sunchales (8-3) defeated host Deportivo Norte (6-5) 84-76. 24 personal fouls committed by Deportivo Norte helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The winners were led by swingman Bruno Barovero (194-90) who scored that evening 38 points (!!!) and Nicolas Copello (194-92) supported him with 11 points, 5 assists and 5 steals. Even 15 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists by point guard Rodrigo Gallegos did not help to save the game for Deportivo Norte. Marco Luchi (198-92) added 12 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Libertad Sunchales have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 8-3 record, which they share with Platense.
