Everything went according to plan when second ranked Palestrina (10-2) defeated on the road 14th ranked Patti (2-10) 82-67 on Wednesday. It was a good game for Bosnian-Serbian power forward Njegos Visnjic (200-79) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 15 rebounds. The former international power forward Alessandro Paesano (203-93) contributed with 19 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. Four Palestrina players scored in double figures. Forward Marco Legnini (198-96, agency: SPORTlab Agency) replied with 21 points and point guard Giorgio Busco (187-95) added 14 points in the effort for Patti. Palestrina maintains second position in B with 10-2 record having just two points less than leader San Severo, which they share with Piacenza. Loser Patti dropped to the fifteenth place with ten games lost.
