There was an upset when higher ranked Campli (7-5) lost on the road to twelfth ranked Bisceglie (5-7) 69-53 on Thursday. It was a good game for point guard Manuel Diomede (189-90, agency: Two Points) who led his team to a victory with 19 points. Forward Alessandro Azzaro (202-93, agency: SPORTlab Agency) contributed with 8 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Forward Alberto Serafini (196-93) replied with 11 points and 5 rebounds and power forward Gianluca Di-Carmine (200-86) added 9 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Campli. Campli's coach Piero Millina rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Bisceglie moved-up to tenth place in B, which they share with Desio and Bernareggio. Loser Campli dropped to the fourth position with five games lost. Bisceglie will face Perugia (#15) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Campli will play against Ortona (#16) and hope to win that game.
