Grissin Bon RE moved-up to fourteenth place, which they share with VL Pesaro. Defending champion Umana Venezia dropped to the second position with three games lost. Grissin Bon RE will face higher ranked Openjobmetis VA (#8) in Varese in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Umana Venezia will play on the road against the league's leader Germani BR (#1) having rather not much hope for a victory.
