The game in Osorno was also quite interesting. 4th placed Puerto Montt (7-15) played at the court of sixth ranked Osorno Basquetbol (6-14). Osorno Basquetbol defeated Puerto Montt 77-61 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was C Lopez who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds. American forward Landon Atterberry (198-93, college: LIU Brooklyn, agency: Aspire Sports) chipped in 22 points and 6 rebounds. Four Osorno Basquetbol players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Devon Scott (206-94, college: Philander Smith) who recorded 22 points and 8 rebounds and Canadian-DR Congolese forward Chadrack Lufile (206-90, college: Wichita St.) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Osorno Basquetbol have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain sixth place with 6-14 record. Puerto Montt lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fifth position with 15 games lost. Osorno Basquetbol will face higher ranked Puente Alto (#5) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Puerto Montt will play against the league's second-placed Espanol de Talca and hope to win that game.
