Regular Season Round 4: Garuda - NSH 82-73

Bottom-ranked NSH (0-4) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they lost on the road their fourth consecutive match to top-ranked Garuda (3-0) 82-73 on Friday evening. Garuda looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by NSH's players. American power forward Roderick Flemings (203-87, college: Hawaii, agency: Interperformances) fired 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Raymond Shariputra (181-91) chipped in 13 points. American-Saint Lucian forward Khyle Marshall (200-92, college: Butler, agency: Duran International) produced a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds and American guard Brachon Griffin (185-92, college: Elizabeth City, agency: SDJ Sports) added 28 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Garuda have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 3-0 record having just one victory less than leader Satria Muda. Loser NSH still closes the standings with four games lost. Garuda's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Bandung Siliwangi.
