Regular Season Round 9: Charleville - Rouen 96-98

Bottom-ranked Charleville-Mezieres (0-8) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their eighth consecutive match to tenth ranked SPO Rouen (5-4) 98-96 on Friday evening. Charleville-Mezieres was trailing by 3 points at halftime but managed to get 7-point lead after three quarters before a 30-21 charge of SPO Rouen, which allowed them to win the game. They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 3 other teams. Charleville-Mezieres lost their eighth game in a row. They still close the standings with eight games lost. SPO Rouen will meet at home higher ranked Lille Metropole (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
