The game in was also quite interesting. Third ranked Fubon Braves (3-2) played at the court of 7th ranked Taiwan Beer (2-4). Fubon Braves defeated Taiwan Beer 71-60 on Friday. Worth to mention a great performance of international guard Tsung-Hsien Chang (192-87, college: BYU-Hawaii) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and forward Bo-Wei Zhang (190-90) who added 16 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Fubon Braves players scored in double figures. At the losing side Canadian center Liam McMorrow (218-87, college: Tenn Tech, agency: Duran International) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and the former international swingman Chi-Min Lu (193-89) scored 12 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Fubon Braves keep a position of league leader, which they share with Dacin Tigers and Pauian. Loser Taiwan Beer stay at the bottom place with four games lost. Fubon Braves will meet league's leader Pauian in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Taiwan Beer will play against the league's second-placed Dacin Tigers (#2) in Taipei and hope to secure a win.
