A very close game took place in San Luis Potosi between Aaguacateros and Santos. Ninth ranked Aaguacateros (9-10) got a very close victory on the road over 7th ranked Santos (8-11). Aaguacateros managed to escape with a 2-point win 79-77 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Santos. Aaguacateros dominated down low during the game scoring 40 of its points in the paint compared to Santos' 20. Loser Santos dropped to the eighth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Abejas. Aaguacateros will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Santos will play again against Aaguacateros (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
