Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked Sestu (5-9) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked Valmontone (11-3) 87-76 on Sunday. Valmontone shot 22 for 31 from the free-throw line, while Sestu only scored five points from the stripe. Sestu was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was point guard Simone Rischia (185-90) who scored 26 points and 4 assists. The former international power forward Luca Bisconti (208-82, agency: SPORTlab Agency) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds. Four Valmontone players scored in double figures.
