Regular Season Round 24: Kagawa FA - Cyberdyne IR 58-66

There was a small surprise when fifth ranked Cyberdyne IR (10-12) beat 5th ranked Kagawa FA (8-14) in Takamatsu 66-58 on Sunday. It was a good game for swingman Josei Maniwa (193-86) who led his team to a victory with 14 points. Nigerian forward Chukwudiebere Maduabum (206-91) contributed with 11 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Four Cyberdyne IR players scored in double figures. American forward Reginald Warren (204-81, college: W.Florida) replied with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Keitaro Kimura (176-93) added 7 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Kagawa FA. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Cyberdyne IR maintains fifth position with 10-12 record which they share with defeated Kagawa FA. Loser Kagawa FA keeps the fifth place with 14 games lost. Cyberdyne IR will face league's leader Toyotsu FE in Nagoya in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Kagawa FA will play on the road against Kumamoto V. (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
