Regular Season Round 12: Boulazac - Pau-Lacq-Orthez 83-79

There was a minor upset when 15th ranked Pau-Lacq-Orthez (2-10) was defeated on the road by seventeenth ranked Boulazac (2-10) 83-79. Boulazac forced 19 Pau-Lacq-Orthez turnovers. It was a good game for Aygalenq Alexandre (187-97) who led his team to a victory with 19 points. Forward Dylan Affo (196-99) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Center Thibault Daval-Braquet (210-97) replied with 32 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Damien Larribau (185-98) added 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Pau-Lacq-Orthez. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Boulazac moved-up to fifteenth place, which they share with Pau-Lacq-Orthez and Le Mans. Pau-Lacq-Orthez lost third consecutive game. Boulazac's next round opponent will be higher ranked ES Chalonnais (#11) on the road and it may be quite challenging game.
