A very close game took place in Caen between Poitiers and Caen. Fourteenth ranked Poitiers (4-6) got a very close victory on the road over higher ranked Caen (5-5). Poitiers managed to escape with a 3-point win 86-83 on Tuesday evening. Poitiers will meet at home higher ranked Saint Chamond (#6) in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Caen will play against Aix-Maurienne in Aix-les-Bains and hope to secure a win.
