No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Rieker KN (10-9) crushed on the road bottom-ranked Nova Ves (2-17) 94-69. Rieker KN made 17-of-20 charity shots (85.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 22 Nova Ves turnovers. American forward Miles Bowman-Jr (198-93, college: High Point) fired a double-double by scoring 14 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals for the winners. Slovenian guard Boban Tomic (190-88) chipped in 19 points and 7 assists (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). Four Rieker KN players scored in double figures. Rieker KN's coach Milos Sporar felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Bosnian center Djordje Ninkovic (210-93) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds and American guard Tyreek Jewell (188-93, college: St.Francis, NY) added 17 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Rieker KN maintains sixth place with 10-9 record. Nova Ves lost fourteenth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 17 games lost. Rieker KN's next round opponent will be higher ranked Levice (#3) at home and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Nova Ves will play against Handlova (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
