An interesting game for United (9-6) which hosted in Melbourne 4th placed Adelaide 36ers (8-8). Third ranked United managed to get a 8-point victory 99-91. It was a great evening for American point guard Casper Ware (178-90, college: Long Beach St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points and 5 assists. American-Fijian forward Tai Wesley (201-86, college: Utah St.) helped adding 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Adelaide 36ers at the other side keep the fourth position with eight games lost. United will play against bottom-ranked Kings (#8) in Sydney in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Adelaide 36ers will play at home against the league's leader New Zealand Breakers (#1) and hope to get back on the winning track.
